That's not a question, but we totally get it. There is definitely resistance to the idea of talking to a machine.
The funny thing is, once people get over the "idea" of it, they tend to really like it! And it sure beats watching cable news all day.
We have a 30 day trial. If there is concern, I'd tell the person you're getting this for, "Let's give this a try as a favor to ME, and if you don't like it, we'll turn it off".
When you sign up we share a script with some messaging you can share with them.
How many people can I share with?
By default, after each call, call transcripts and recordings are shared via email with the account holder. This person can forward the transcripts and recording links as they see fit. However, the user making the phone call can decide not to share the content by pressing #2 at any point during a call.
At a later date, we'll expand the sharing offerings so that output can be sent to multiple people at once.
What can I do with the recordings?
Basic You will have links to each recording the user shares and a written copy of each transcript. You an download the transcript to edit it or share the link with friends and family. Only someone with the unique link can listen, but anyone with the unique can listen, so don't post the link anywhere public.
Advanced Once the conversation is recorded, there is any number of things we can do with it, such as summarizing it, turning it into a structured book, making the content searchable...

Right now, we are only available in the US and in English, but we aim to offer Spanish soon.

How will my gift recipient know it's not a phone scam?
In a world of bad actors it's hard for us to prove we're there on your behalf. We'll be adding some features for this soon.
However, it's really up to you to tell your giftee that this is coming. You can even share the number with them and program it into the phone so that it shows up as "SageVoice" or "David's pal" or something like that, so they know it's safe.
What if I miss a payment or cancel?
You will still have access to your account and recordings, but will not be able to generate new phone calls until your plan is reactivated (through purchase).
We will keep all stored content on our machines for 36 months after a final payment, and will send an email giving 90 days notice before deleting any content.
